New rtx1-e up and running at the University of Tübingen

Orsay, France and Tubingen, Germany, Feb 14, 2017. Imagine Eyes is proud to announce the installation of an rtx1-e Adaptive Optics Retinal Camera at the brand new University Eye Hospital of Tübingen in Germany.

Teams at the Institute for Ophthalmic Research and the University Eye Hospital, including Professor Eberhart Zrenner’s team who had extensively tested the rtx1-e in 2016, are implementing ultrahigh-resolution imaging in their research on hereditary monogenic and complex retinal diseases. They expect to generate new knowledge that will be instrumental in better diagnosing and treating these pathologies.
